Stamp Duty Savings
These savings are calculated based on the full unit value list price as of 25 October 2024, based on 0% construction undertaken as at the date of the Contract. The savings reflect the concessions for off-the-plan purchases announced by the Victorian Government on 21 October 2024, applicable to contracts signed on or after 21 October 2024 and before 20 October 2025. Further information can be obtained here. The actual value of any savings will be subject to the introduction and implementation of legislation by the Victorian Government. Please note that the concession does not apply to the Foreign Purchaser Additional Duty (FPAD), as FPAD is calculated on the dutiable value of the property before any off-the-plan concession is applied (e.g., the purchase price). The off-the-plan concession applies only to the general land transfer duty liability. Prospective purchasers should obtain their own independent legal advice.
